Digital Specifications
For the best quality of your printed advertisements, all digital materials submitted for film output must be compatible with the following specifications:

Macintosh versions of:
  QuarkXpress 4.1
  Adobe Photoshop 5
  Adobe Illustrator 8
  Adobe Illustrator 8.0 in EPS format.
  Adobe Acrobat 5

Adobe PhotoShop files must be at least 300 dpi and in CMYK mode (RGB files will not seperate). We cannot be responsible for converting RGB into CMYK due to possible dramatic color shifts. Please include all used fonts and a font report when applicable in separate FONTS folder. Files must include all fonts (unless all type is converted to paths) and all graphic/image links.

Please do not embed other EPS files in an Illustrator document. All disks must be Macintosh format and may be either Zip100 or CD-Rom. Email attachments are also accepted. Send them to rsaviciunas@bakermediagroup.com

It is advisable to include a color proof with your ad. If this is not possible, please submit a grayscale print of your ad. If you have additional questions or need special assistance please contact Ray Saviciunas, Managing Editor at 330-253-0056.

Format & Resolution Information
Advertising rates are based on files supplied in accordance with our specifications. (Additional charges may apply for digital adjustments to meet specs.)

Images in four-color advertisements should be 300 dpi and saved as TIFF or EPS formatted files in CMYK mode.
Photographic images in black and white advertisements should be scanned as gray scale images at 300 dpi and saved as TIF or EPS formatted files.
Line art scans should be at least 600 dpi (up to 1200 dpi) and saved as TIF or EPS formatted files.
